now doing yet another cleaning up.
high time i sweep some dust off this blog.
it's been some time since i last blogged.
and i thought it would be good that i write about something from where i left off.
before i start blogging about christmas!
hehe.
anyway.
the previous entry i mentioned about cleaning up.
and i promised photos.
haha.
simply for laughs.
totally nonsensical.
hehe.

copper ii sulphate from 6 years back.
remember one of the experimental techniques to retrieve pure substance.
crystallisation?
yes. did that when i was in sec 2.
science experiment.
and this was the pure copper ii sulphate that i crystallised 6 years back.
it's still kept in my cupboard.
gosh.
haha.
it's still PURE CuSO4 ok?
haha.

remember those times we were totally crazy over power rangers?
that was primary school i think.
power rangers was the hype.
goodness.
to think i still have those cards with me.
hehe.
i threw them away right after i took the picture!
haha.

this was my bus pass when i was sec 3 i think.
they implemented a bus service system to cater to students taking 3rd language.
and i remember i was the only upper secondary person in my entire school crazily still doing 3rd language.
and being the only one. there were no longer people taking the bus then the mrt to moelc anymore.
so when they provided the bus service i took that instead.
and end up the dozing off so soundly on the bus.
until some junior had to wake me up to get me off the bus.
haha.
how super embarrassing.

ever told you that the library was my playground?
it all started in primary school.
this is my primary school's library library card.
to think i still have it with me.
i wonder if i can still drop by to borrow books.
i remember loving my job as the librarian so much.
cos i liked doing the barcode scanning thing using this pen-like scanner.
and then stamping the date on the book!
haha.

and that love for the playground just continues.
these are my secondary school's library library card.
it just has this weird policy of having 3 cards.
i cant remember which is for which.
one colour is for english books and one is for chinese books i think.
haha.

and this is my primary school bus pass.
and can tell that i stay very near my school.
so i dont need to travel.
and so i dont even have a single bus stamp on the card.
and the photo is SUPER ugly.
haha.
cos at that time i didnt know how to tie a ponytail by myself.
so whenever i go to school my mum does the hair for me before i head for school.
somehow. the hyper me will just get my hair messed up in school.
yet i never knew how to get it done right.
so when it was time to take the photo.
i took it with messy hair.
and to think the photographer didnt ask me to get my hair properly done.
haha.

and the days when primary school just have so many talks encouraging students to drink milk.
haha.
i was a member of this sustagenius club.
and honestly. the milk doesnt taste good.
i wonder how i benefitted from it then.
haha.
there were more hilarious jokes.
but i didnt bother to take more pictures.
haha.
well. i realised how good i was at keeping so much useless stuff.
some time soon. i've got to pack that place again.
and see if there's more that i can simply throw.
haha.
anyway. this week kick-started off with my church's youth camp.
and so i was away from monday till thursday.
had an awesome time.
God was moving amazingly among us.
fabulous worship. totally captivating messages.
thought-provoking. a time of self-reflection. introspection.
i enjoyed myself there.

the camp was at nus pgp.
exterior looks quite like my hall.
but interior. of course my hall's better.
since it's way newer.

there was a mart at pgp there.
and jj, christine and i saw this interesting hello panda biscuit!
it's like yanyan style. the usual hello panda biscuits had the filling inside.
yet this one had just the flat version of the biscuits (with the panda prints) without filling.
and the strawberry-flavoured dip.
lol.
interesting.

and the first ever photo i've taken with christine.
totally had a great time being encouraged by her.

the camp booklet.
and the keys to the room.
they call it transponder.
and it costs 40 bucks.
and it's how hard to navigate around pgp.
the lift doesnt work unless you have the transponder.
and it doesnt allow you to get to other floors.
and there's an access gate at each level.
which can only be opened by the transponder.
and it only allows you to get to your block your level.
the room of course needs the transponder to unlock it.
so there's practically MUCH limitations to get to elsewhere in the hall.
say to visit a friend.
gosh.
to think sometimes i complain about the way my hall is.
bleh.
haha.
camp was a great experience.
and now i'm back.
time to enjoy the christmas season!
looking forward to making a difference.
:)
